It definitely will pay off quickly to build this yourself. You can raise chickens for sale, or gather eggs for your personal use. And, once you build your first for so little investment, you can easily start building them for others and selling for a nice profit. If the cheapest online is $1595, then you can easily undercut that price by $500 or more, and still walk out with a huge profit.
